Ann M. Vincent, CPA
Ann started with our firm as a Staff Accountant in 1998. She was promoted to Senior Manager
in 2003 and recently made Partner for Petrow, Vincent & Kane, P.C. She provides accounting
and tax support for a wide variety of clientele. She is responsible for preparing and reviewing
client financial statements, tax returns, and other general business and accounting services.
Ann also focuses on tax returns and tax planning ideas for high net worth individuals to create
effective, long-term tax strategies. Ann has considerable knowledge and interests in multi-state
jurisdictions and litigation support services. Ann’s development of other professional staff
members, as well as her ability to assist with the research of tax and accounting issues, allows
us to deliver quality service to our clients and staff engagements with the highest level of
professionalism.
Ann earned a BS in Accounting from Marian College in 1995. She is a member of the IN CPA
Society, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and NAWBO Indianapolis
(National Association of Women Business Owners).

Kevin L. Petrow, CPA
Kevin is president and managing partner of Petrow, Vincent & Kane, P.C. In addition to serving
his client base of privately-owned businesses, trusts, estates and individuals, Kevin has
directed the overall management and growth of the firm. These responsibilities include
overseeing the firm’s marketing efforts, staff growth and training and developing areas of
expertise.
Kevin’s service to clients involves business and succession planning, income and estate tax
planning as well as tax return and financial statement preparation. Areas of personal expertise

general business management and planning.

Mark A. Kane, CPA
Mark joined our firm in December of 1996 after starting his career with a regional CPA firm
based in Bloomington, IL. He was promoted to Manager in 1998 and then was made a Partner
in 2007. During his career with us, Mark has been responsible for performing and managing
all aspects of financial statement and tax engagements for the firm’s privately held business
and high net worth tax clients.
Throughout his career Mark has represented numerous companies and individual clients as a
trusted advisor during IRS examinations, merger and acquisitions, business financing
transactions, and many other situations. Mark has significant experience in preparing
compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements as well as preparing individual and
business income tax returns and consulting with businesses in a variety of situations. Mark
has developed a high degree of specialized knowledge in the areas of real estate, export
incentives, and foreign income taxation. Mark’s clients include manufacturing companies,
professional practices, real estate companies, and others, many of whom operate throughout
the United States and the world.
